Very satisfied with this new Dealership, what an improvement from the previous one.

The work was good and it didn't take too long. My only issue was lack of communication. My truck was dropped off on a Friday morning. I was told when I made my initial call that they may not be able to look at it that day. I didn't hear anything Monday so at 4:45 I called and service must have been closed. I waited until after 3:00 on Tuesday and didn't hear anything so I called and was told it would be done Thursday. I was called Thursday and all was good. I was without my truck for a week. A simple phone call to give me an idea what was up didn't seem too much to expect from a dealer that we have purchased multiple vehicles from.

Very accommodating for getting an appointment. They serviced my vehicle as I waited. I’m very happy with the time it took.

Perfect in every way! I contacted them regarding a vehicle, and it was waiting me to test drive when I arrived. The whole purchase experience was professional and friendly in every way. I really felt like a valuable customer.

Pricing was decent. New salesman didn't know much about the vehicles yet. I did get a good price for my trade in. Detailer was not good. I had to wash the truck when I got home. I also had to buff out some haze on the passenger door and remove what looked like tree sap from my hood. The finance manager also talked me into getting an extended warranty because she thought that she could get me a prorated amount back from the extended warranty that I had on my trade in. So far I have heard nothing about that. I like the people there, but, some of the experience could have been better.

Exhaust pipe was replaced due to wear. Service was prompt, thorough, and we were shown the worn part. Very professional team!
